Description

Here we have a beautiful hand made, carved wood Trout, a Mikko Fish. Circa 1980's. Presenting with painted metal fins, a wooden tail, and carved gills and mouth. The Fish is painted a lighter yellow across the belly and rising up the sides, this yellow is blended to a light brown, and finally an olive-green over its back. Black and red painted dashes and dots, seen as abstracted Trout markings, cover these blended areas. The Fish is 8" long. The Fish is in very good Mikko Style condition, with signs of use or ware, and a patina appropriate to its age. All original and intact. A Beauty.
