Homer Stinar (1924 - 2023) Verndale, MN. Homer is documented in "The Fish Decoy Volumes II & III" where he is listed as Homer Steiner and in "Folk Art Fish Decoys" where he was correctly listed as Stinar. This fish is in mint condition and dates to the 70's or 80's and his light coat of varnish shows nice age and patina. Measures 8 3/4".
