Description

This bronze and alabaster sculpture is made by Maxim Dispetto. It depicts a young bronze girl reading below a column with a cupid. Her hat, coat and walking stick are next to her. The piece sits atop a bronze base with curved feet. The condition of this piece is very good, some very small chips to the round alabaster piece, no other defects. It dates to the first quarter of the 20th century and was made in France. Measurements are: 4 by 4 1/2" base, height is 9 1/2".
